You're committed to building freedom tech.

We're committed to helping you build systems that last.

TLDR

Wayepoints is 1:1 coaching for freedom tech builders — personalized support to help you identify high-leverage ways to increase your impact and sustain it.

Timeline

6 sessions. 60 minutes each. Monthly pacing.1:1 coaching · Built for freedom tech builders

The challenge

High-autonomy environments produce extraordinary work. They also produce a particular kind of exhaustion.

When there's a lot of freedom and very little imposed structure, it's common to experience:

  • Ambiguity around what actually matters
  • Diffuse accountability and long feedback loops
  • Sustained cognitive load
  • Isolation and eventual burnout

Waye exists to provide the missing layer of human support. Not by adding hierarchy or control — but by helping builders develop internal structure, clarity, and sustainable ways of working.

Because sustainable builders create sustainable infrastructure.

What coaching actually looks like

A structured conversation focused on a specific outcome — practical, concrete, and led by you.

Together with your coach, you will:

Goal clarity

Clarify the goal you want to move forward.

Patterns & blind spots

Identify patterns, constraints, or blind spots.

Perspectives

Test new perspectives or approaches.

Next step

Leave with a clear next step or experiment.

Sometimes this means solving a current problem. Sometimes it means seeing a situation differently. Often it means discovering a simpler or more effective path forward.

The purpose of coaching is not to give you answers. The purpose is to help you see your situation more clearly so you can decide your own next move.

What you get

Clarify signal from noise

Get clear on what actually matters and where your attention belongs.

Translate intent into action

Turn goals into testable behaviors and observable milestones.

Reduce cognitive load

Build personal systems so you can do less while getting more done.

Sustain your work

Increase clarity, agency, and momentum over the long term.

Coaching is not therapy, advice-giving, or friendship — and it's not designed to make you dependent on a coach. The goal is always your own sovereignty and self-sufficiency.

How it works

Interest → match → sessions → closing

  1. Express interest

Fill out a short form. Tell us what you're hoping to get out of the program.

If you have questions about the program, you can ask them before applying.

  2. Match with a coach

You'll get info on available coaches and select who you want to work with. Each coach has their own intake process to identify where you're at and what your primary goals are.

  3. Coaching + feedback

6 sessions, 60 minutes each, monthly pacing. Sessions are concrete — you'll leave each one with a clear goal and a technique to get you closer to it. If you don't like your coach, you can change.

  4. Closing

A final check-in to reflect on progress, an invitation to share your feedback, and explore what comes next.

The approach

Our values

You are an explorer

You carve your own path. We provide frameworks and signal so you can make decisions more effectively. We don't make decisions for you.

We are scientists

We practice healthy skepticism. Failure is data. Feelings are data. Discomfort is often information. We define goals, then test, observe, and iterate.

Your commitment

Show up

Check your calendar before you sign up. If you miss two sessions, you will be asked to leave.

Be present

No homework. The container is simple: show up every month and fully engage for 60 minutes. If you do, you'll see results.

Acknowledge your bandwidth

This program creates leverage, but it requires activation energy. If your plate is already completely full, it may be better to wait until you can create space to engage meaningfully.
